Audit Manager

Theodore was born in London but taken to Nigeria by his parents, who were students in England at the time. He returned at the age of 16 to study in the UK, and graduated from the University of Buckingham in 1990 with a degree in Accountancy. After graduation, he started his professional qualification with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and trained for five years with a sole practitioner in the Docklands. 

He then joined Ramon Lee & Partners where he remained for 23 years, starting as an audit semi-senior and rising to become an audit manager by the time he left, following the purchase of the firm. He joined Lawrence Grant Chartered Accountants as a practice manager but left after a very successful 18-month spell where he took the practice from approved employer gold status to platinum status under the ACCA. He then joined Rouse Partners, where he stayed for a year before moving to Landau Morley in November 2021 – where he can truly say he’s found his home.

His specialist areas are charities and owner-managed businesses.

Theodore is married with five children and particularly enjoys rugby. He can be found at weekends watching two of his four sons play for their respective club sides.
