Berish joined Landau Morley as a trainee in 2007. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2011, Berish was promoted to audit and accounts manager in 2014 and appointed as partner in 2017.

Berish has a varied portfolio within the corporate department, servicing a wide range of clients in the areas of audit, accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and corporate tax. He has successfully helped owner-managed businesses develop strategic tax plans by reviewing their personal and business affairs, making sure they are structured in the most efficient way. Berish’s portfolio also includes many charity clients, a sector in which he has developed a great deal of experience, advising clients on a wide range of matters including charity governance and taxation.

In addition to his general practice activities, Berish is the firm’s audit compliance principal, ensuring the audit department is run smoothly and remains compliant in a highly regulated environment. Berish is also responsible for the firm’s training and CPD programme.

Away from work, Berish enjoys spending time with his family. As a father of five children, Berish understands how important family is and the challenges that come with running a practice and raising a family. Berish also acts as a governor at his son’s school, using his professional experience to help the school.

Berish is an avid cyclist and annually participates in a charity cycle, raising much-needed funds for a local charity.
